QUALCO renews its Arum Approved System accreditation in 2023

We are pleased to announce that QUALCO has successfully renewed its Arum Approved System certificate for QUALCO Collections & Recoveries,  marking the third consecutive year of successful certification.

This accreditation demonstrates that QUALCO Collections & Recoveries (QCR) has continued to meet the current market needs and Arum's standards, navigating efficiently through those turbulent times and expanding its capabilities while maintaining the highest service quality standards.

Arum was impressed by the commitment of QUALCO’s product management team and the developments they have undertaken over the past year.

The key new areas of the software solution are:

• Best-in-Class Agent UI – One of the standout features of QCR is its best-in-Class Agent UI, designed to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, optimising agent performance and improving the overall quality of service provided to customers.
  
  
• User Support Collateral - A comprehensive collection of "how-to" guides and videos explaining the QCR solution's features to users of all levels by presenting the product's features and functionality clearly and concisely, ensuring users are fully equipped to use the product to its full potential.
  
  
• Omnichannel Capability – QUALCO's integrated communications platform within the QCR solution allows clients to communicate with their customers seamlessly across multiple channels. This includes inbound/outbound telephony integration, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
  
  
• Multi-Case Arrangements – QCR offers a unique feature known as Multi-Case Arrangements, which allows for the creation of "Customer" level arrangements comprising numerous individual "Accounts" or "Cases". This feature offers the flexibility to define clear rules tailored to specific client requirements, resulting in improved operational efficiency, reduced contact times, and enhanced service quality.
  
  
• QCR Accelerator Solution – This is a pre-configured, "standardised" OOTB (out of the box) Collections & Recoveries solution offered by QCR. It boasts a roadmap that promises the "holy grail" for system vendors, as it allows for quicker MVP (minimum viable product), resulting in significant time savings and reduced implementation costs.
